Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and small supermarket on ground floor, cafe and internet on first floor. Good position in Bandar, you can easily walk to the sights/shops. Free airport transfer. I enjoyed the individually cooked breakfast in the Penthouse.

The free shuttle airport pick up was there even though we landed almost an hour late.

Air con was quiet and effective. TV was clear for an analogue type.
The flexible hose to the shower hear leaked. The sign for the breakfast said Penthouse, it needs to say "Penthouse Breakfast Area" or something like that.

when booking your rooms at this hotel, ask them to pick you up at the airport. Also use the hotel transport to send you to the airport when you want to fly out out of Brunei. Transport is free and will save you B$ 40 from your pocket. This is a good service from the hotel.

The staff was very helpful, and the airport transfers and breakfast make it a decent value compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are very clean but run-down - anywhere else in the region this would be poor value for money, but accommodations are expensive in BSB, and this wasn't too bad. The location is good - walking distance to the main attractions (or at least the $1 buses that get you to them).

The staff was helpful and the hotel was located close to many shops and restaurants. They also offer a pick-up service from the airport, and our driver was there on time, waiting for us when we arrived.

Good staff, extremely helpful, quiet environment, a good start to cater for buget/family tourism
International phone calls: whhen connected to your call o'seas and are required toto change internal numbers or give passwords and press Hash# to complete transaction, the Hash# button does not function and your call is wasted. Hotel tried with 2 phones and both didnot work. This is a serious problem, you are not only being charge for calls by default but business tranactions cannot be completed. I had to wait to get to Vietnam to make these calls; most unsatisfactory

Best location, walk to everywhere. Good value. Internet, coffee shop, cafe, store. Usual helpful Brunein hospitality. The rooms have a used look, but this is ok for the price and I hope they can invest in small up-grades as needed. But I wouldn't want the character or the staff to change.
